Queen Bee DIY by Heather

Will finish it up for the winter scrapbooking pages tonight at 6 pm MST.

Have you started embracing your silver/gray hair?

I learned to accept my silver hair since last January 2024 when I stopped dye my hair for the leadership convention for Chalk Couture.

I was a brunette all of my life until now.

My kids love my hair - they said I have pretty salt and pepper hair.

If you feel awkward about seeing your hair turning gray or silver - that is okay. Just thinking it’s like highlight on your hair that makes your face look young. Right products for your hair and skin does help a lot.

Any one of you loving your silver/gray hair?

Hi to you all -

Thank you for your prayers and wish for John simce we were at UC for his pain.

We didn’t come home til 8 pm last night.

John had his blood test for kidney/liver, EKG for his heart and cat scan. All came out GOOD. They gave him the IV and a strong morphine medicine.

The answer is - it’s all about bad muscle strain or pull underneath of his right lung area and intense muscles on his neck and wrists. When he was breathing or coughing , there was sharp pains to feel.

We all are relieved about it.

It’s important to listen your body - if you feel pain inside of your body, go to see doctor or UC to have it all check because muscle strains can be confused with other diagnosis.

I had a bad muscle spam long time ago on my left arm that causes some numbness and sharp pains. Thats how John felt the numbness on his right hands due of pain under his right lung area.

John felt better so he’s at work taking it easy. He’s taking the muscle relaxant medicine so he should be back normal within a week or so.

Hi to you all-

I have to cancel the live tonight since John and I have been at Urgent Care since around 1 pm. John is doing okay - we are waiting for the results why he’s in pain with his right lung, neck and few others.

You can never have too much scrapbook paper… but apparently, you can run out of house! 😆📄

I was just bringing in a few more sheets, and my three dogs decided to “help.” One climbed into a box of paper, one carried off a sheet, and the third sat there looking innocent. 🐾😂

Be honest—how big is your scrapbook paper collection? 👀

Jumping in a bandwagon by asking ChatGPT to put me in a tv show!

The Queen Bee Mysteries 🐝🔎 is a cozy mystery series set in Albuquerque.

Heather is a financial analyst by day and a crafter by night. She has an eye for details others miss—so when an old scrapbook, a thrift store find, or a handmade gift holds a clue, she can’t resist following it. Her three dogs often join her as she searches for answers, from neighborhood craft fairs to desert trails.

Each episode has a new mystery, a little humor, and a creative project that turns out to matter more than anyone expected. The season’s bigger question: Who keeps leaving clues marked with a tiny golden bee?

😀🙌🏼 - it would be fun to watch this tv show!
