George Lovato, Jr., the On-Call Outdoor Chef, cooks a big protein, lamb over the fire using an Asado Cross while constantly checking the temperature and tending the fire. With help from Sous Chefs Abel Lovato and Dakota Roller, the menu for the Boss's guests included steamed cod, steamed squash with whiskey, and peanut butter pie. The meal was Wow Gooooood!!!
