Thank you to Presbyterian Community Health for helping us make two successful Kids Cook! summer camps possible this year, and for continuing to be such a strong community partner 💛 Their support has given kids more chances to cook, try new foods, build confidence, and spend meaningful time learning together. We’re grateful for the spaces they open up, the families they help us reach, and the shared commitment to making practical health and nutrition education more accessible across Albuquerque.

Peaches are one of the best parts of summer in New Mexico. You see them at the market and suddenly you’re pretending you had a plan, but really the plan is just eat one over the sink, slice one with chile and lime, and maybe put a few on something grilled if they survive that long. ABQ summer is hot, chaotic, and occasionally generous, and local peaches are one of the reasons I forgive it.
