A Step Above LLC

When I started training athletes, the goal was simple: help people chase opportunities and get closer to their dreams.

Years later, seeing the different schools, programs, and professional leagues that athletes I’ve had the opportunity to work with have reached still means more than I can put into words. Thankful to be a small part of the journey.

Different athletes. Different paths. Different levels. Same foundation.

The name may be changing, but the purpose never will.

Build better athletes. Build better people. Prepare for the opportunity when it comes.

This is JM Performance.
