Elizabeth Gabel

What makes Gates of Erin by Elizabeth Gabel stand out in today's crowded fantasy market? Peter Okonkwo's review explores the novel's unique approach to the genre and why it's a refreshing read for fantasy fans looking for something beyond the familiar. ✨🐉

“One of the things I enjoyed most about Gates of Erin is its use of Irish mythology. The novel doesn't simply borrow the idea of a magical world; it builds its fantasy around gods, fairies, warriors, ancient covenants, supernatural creatures, and the mythology of Ireland. This gives the story a distinctive identity and makes the world feel different from the more familiar fantasy settings readers may be accustomed to.” — Peter Okonkwo, P. English Literature
