Born and raised in Albuquerque, Eric See (right) moved to New York City to further develop his culinary skills. Now, he owns a New Mexican restaurant in Brooklyn known for their breakfast burritos.
He also hosts an annual chile roast. Featuring mariachis, dancers, and Navajo tacos created by Chef Bleu Adams (left), it's a neighborhood block party celebrating New Mexico's unique culture.

This year, it takes place September 24th at the Meat Hook (397 Graham Ave., Brooklyn). Check it out if you're in the area!

This Saturday, September 19th, don't miss the free BandsofEnchantment Street Festival activating Downtown Albuquerque. From venues spanning Central Avenue from Bourbon and Boots to Ex Novo Downtown, you'll be able to see musicians like Levi Platero, Kingfish, Galactic ft. Jelly Joseph and Digable Planets.

The Stables at Tamaya is home to a primarily volunteer-run horse rehab, part of the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa on Santa Ana Pueblo land. This horse rehab has helped hundreds of horses through individual attention, exercise and reinforcing positive human connection. You can support their efforts by taking a trail ride. Their sunset rides are absolutely dreamy, and offer an unobstructed view of the Sandia Mountains as they turn their iconic shade of pink.

“Pluribus” won six Emmy Awards. Rhea Seehorn won her first Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, while creator Vince Gilligan won for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, alongside four other amazing awards.
At the awards ceremony, Gilligan said, “Albuquerque’s a great town full of great people.”
