Twenty-five years ago today, we lost nearly 3,000 people on September 11, 2001.

We remember them. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger to save others. And we remember everyone who has carried the weight of that day since.

We will never forget.

Yesterday, we met with the MSP-Ignite Delta Group. We learned about the challenges MSPs face, the progress they are making, and where they see ways to grow.

One theme came up often: MSPs feel overwhelmed by too many tools and manual processes. They want simpler, more unified methods to manage operations, improve security, and support their clients.

Their openness to share experiences and learn from each other is what makes the MSP community so valuable. Thank you to the Delta Group for spending the day with us! 💜

XChange Security brought together a strong group of MSPs and a lot of energy around where security is headed next.

Again and again, the conversation came back to the same challenge: MSPs are being asked to protect more users, sites, cloud environments and connected devices, but more tools and portals are only making the job harder.

As risk and liability continue to grow, the traditional approach is creating too much complexity for MSPs and their clients. What is needed now is a more unified foundation for delivering security and connectivity across the modern business, built as critical infrastructure MSPs can manage, scale and deliver as a service.

The answer is not to keep layering on more disconnected solutions. It is to give MSPs a stronger foundation for managing security and connectivity at scale.
