Without kitting, a customer might receive 50 units of one part, 50 of another, and separate containers of hardware. Employees must receive and inspect each item, place it into inventory, retrieve it later, and confirm that the correct components reach the assembly area together.
But our kitting services mean far less handling for employees. And subassembly takes that simplification even further.

Quality starts at the beginning of production.
Our InspecVision flat-pattern inspection system enables operators to quickly verify parts immediately after laser cutting, punching, or combo processing. By checking parts immediately, we can identify potential issues early, keeping machines running and reducing unnecessary downtime.
This automated inspection technology helps ensure parts are made to print from the start of production and provides our team with fast, reliable feedback throughout the manufacturing process.

All Metals Fabricating excels at manufacturing individual parts, but for many customers, that is only one step toward getting a finished product into the field. When parts arrive individually, the customer must still receive, organize, inspect, store, and assemble them.
Our kitting and subassembly services can simplify that process. Customers can shift much of the work to a trusted contract manufacturing partner and receive components in the form that best supports their operations, whether that means completed subassemblies or organized kits that make your assembly process faster and easier.

The best of both worlds: laser cutting and CNC punching in one machine.
Our laser punch combo machine gives us the flexibility of laser cutting complex geometries while taking advantage of the speed and forming capabilities of CNC punching. With automated loading and unloading, it can also support lights-out production for greater efficiency.
This combination is especially valuable when moving a part from prototype to production. We can efficiently produce initial parts without requiring a large investment in specialized tooling, then add tooling as production volumes increase to optimize cost and cycle time.
It’s another example of how we use advanced equipment to give our customers a more efficient path from concept to production.
