With inspired donors, we equip our network of vetted grassroots humanitarian efforts with grants.

ADPARE in Romania is one of the programs supported by Third Ladder. They provide holistic support to victims of trafficking. To give or learn more about them, visit our website through our link in bio.
Home from Home (HfH), one of the programs we support in South Africa, provides a family-based model of foster care to children who are orphaned, abused, neglected, and vulnerable through life’s circumstances. HfH provides community in small family homes with up to six children to create an environment where each one can feel seen, safe, and secure.
Just one hour after sending our email, we reached the finish line. We are so grateful for the incredible response and for the generosity that made this possible.
Because of you, women and girls in India, Kenya, and Bolivia will have greater access to education, vocational skills, and pathways to opportunity and independence.
What a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people come together with generosity and a belief in the dignity and potential of others.
Thank you for helping us turn $10,000 into opportunity. And thank you for helping us keep climbing.
$2,400 remains. Today is the final day of our $10,000 Labor Day campaign, and we’d love to finish it together. We’re deeply grateful for everyone who has already given and helped carry this campaign. If you’ve been meaning to participate, today is the last day.
Whatever the final number, we’re truly grateful to have you with us.
Let’s finish this together.
$2,650. That’s what remains.
Together, you’ve given $7,350 toward our $10,000 Labor Day campaign—and with five days left until September 15, we’re in the final stretch.
Thank you for carrying this campaign with us and for helping make dignity and opportunity possible across these three communities.
Around the world, the programs we support are creating those possibilities.
In India, women recovering from severe burn injuries gain vocational skills, building skills and independence alongside physical healing.
In Kenya, girls rescued from FGM and forced early marriage have the opportunity to remain in school and choose a different future.
In Bolivia, women leaving sexual exploitation gain skills and support for safe, sustainable employment.
Three vetted programs. Three pathways to opportunities. One $10,000 goal.

This Labor Day, invest in dignity.
What could $10,000 do this Labor Day?
Labor Day honors more than work. It honors dignity—the ability to work safely, earn a living, and have a say in the direction of our own lives. Around the world, the programs we support are creating those possibilities.
Will you help us reach $10,000 this Labor Day?

Happiest of birthdays today to Rachel, our teammate and friend. She is an advocate and companion along all of life’s roads—the one who stays with you when the road gets bumpy and you break down, and then celebrates wholeheartedly when you reach the victories, too. It’s one of the many things that makes her so good at what she does for Third Ladder.
Rachel, whether it’s a sidecar on a winding road or a boat across open seas, we’d want you alongside us—because somehow, with you there, the journey is always a little more beautiful. Happy Birthday!
