Retail Technology Centers (R-Tech®) provides integrated Point of Sale (POS) systems, Inventory Control systems, Bar Code systems, Accounting systems, Credit Card Processing systems, Wide and Local Area Networks, e-Commerce or webstore solutions, technology consulting, installation, training, and support. R-Tech® is a privately held company and was founded in 1990. Since that time, R-Tech® has grown into one of the Southeast United States’ leading independent retail technology companies. Our major regional technology centers are in Atlanta, New Orleans, and Greensboro, NC. Our head office is located in Atlanta, GA. From this facility we provide central dispatch and help desk services as well as remote support via the Internet or phone for all of our clients. Our service support center offers toll-free calling, and technical help desk support. R-Tech® consists of certified technicians and administrative staff across the Southeast. We currently provide on-site service to an excess o150 customers with 1,000 POS systems, scanners, and retail automation systems every day.
