Meet Melissa!
Melissa Wages, RN, is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector & Wellness Specialist with more than 21 years of nursing experience, including four years in aesthetic medicine.
At Vie Riche, her areas of focus include neuromodulators, medical weight management, and wellness.
With a background in emergency medicine and ambulatory surgery, Melissa brings extensive clinical experience and a thoughtful, conservative approach to patient care. She believes in natural results and creating an experience where patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their care.
Outside of work, Melissa loves traveling with her husband, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and her two daughters, Madison and Emmy, and planning her next adventure.

Already known for their impact on weight management and metabolic health, GLP-1 medications have also been associated with benefits for cardiovascular health, kidney function, inflammation and potentially brain and immune health.
Now, researchers are asking an even bigger question: could GLP-1s influence how we age?
In a recent study, older mice treated with semaglutide showed improvements in memory, movement, muscle strength, glucose control and multiple markers associated with cellular aging. Their median lifespan also increased by approximately 12%.
