Most doctors wait until something is broken before they call us.

Caylin Greene didn't wait.

One year into her startup practice at Gleem Dental in New Orleans, she's already a 5X member. She joined PGI before she even opened her doors. And now instead of building a practice and then trying to fix it, she's building it right the first time.

"I feel like I'm at an advantage point because I'm implementing things from the beginning."

That advantage is available to you too.

See if you qualify πŸ”— Link in bio.

From Discovery Day to implementation.

It was a pleasure reconnecting with Dr. Sam Koppikar and his team during their on-site training.
As a current client, Dr. Koppikar shared that the principles being taught are practical, implementable, and truly drive resultsβ€”and that he has been impressed by the genuine commitment of the people he has encountered along the way.
That’s the real measure of transformation: taking proven principles, putting them into action, and seeing the results unfold.
Proud to be part of the journey. πŸ‘

Halifax, Nova Scotia did not know what was coming.

Chris, Krista, and Morgan showed up to work with Dr. Danny Lawen and somewhere between the training and the East Coast air things got a little memorable.

The work got done. The laughs were had. And Nova Scotia may never be the same. πŸ˜„

Grateful for the clients who make every trip worth the flight. Dr. Lawen you are a great one. πŸ‘Š

Jack has been working with a practice in Salem, Oregon for a couple of years now.

He watched them plan it from the beginning. How many team members they needed to hire. How long the build out would take. Every contingency mapped out in leadership retreats before a single wall went up.

And then one day he got to walk through the finished building. Room after room of beautiful treatment suites. Patients everywhere. A grand opening they had been building toward for years finally happening in real life.

He said watching them show it off to him was one of the proudest moments of his career. Not because of anything he did. Because of everything they did.

That's what this work is really about. Watching a doctor take full ownership of what they built and realize just how far they've come.

If you own a private practice and you're ready to start building toward something like that, we would love to help. πŸ”— Link in bio. πŸ‘Š

She scheduled two patients and paid off one of her student loans from inside the workshop. Before she even got back to the office. πŸ‘€

Dr. Stone and Dr. P came to the Associate Doctor Workshop from Ohio not knowing exactly what to expect. What they found was something a lot of doctors find when they get in that room that they weren't as alone as they thought.

Seeing other practices going through the same things. Hearing how much others had grown since partnering with PGI. Realizing that the things already working in their office were working for a reason. πŸ’™

But the part that stuck? Sometimes you need to hear the hard truth from someone outside your four walls. Your mentor can only take you so far. A room full of people who get it takes you further.

Dr. P said it best. This is the flame you need to move forward. πŸ”₯

The University Team Training calendar for 2027 is out now. Don't miss out on something that can change your practice.

Dr. Scott Schreiber has been with PGI for over three years at Minnesota Spine and Sport in Woodbury, Minnesota.

And when you ask him what changed he doesn't lead with the numbers.

He talks about mindset. Confidence. Learning how to take risks and actually lead people in a way that inspires them to be better. The things nobody teaches you in dental school or chiropractic school or any school for that matter.

But then he said something that stopped us cold.

You have to become the leader before the change occurs. Not after. Not once things start moving. Before.

Most practice owners are waiting for the results to show up before they decide to step into that role. The ones who get there fastest do it the other way around.

Three and a half years in and he is still learning something new every session. That is the kind of doctor this community is built for. πŸ‘Š πŸ”— Link in bio.

On site in Manchester, NH with Dr. Sogole Moin and her orthodontic team for Efficiency and Streamline Training.

The goal for two days: find the hours the practice was losing without knowing it. Where the schedule fights itself. Where a handoff gets dropped. Where the team is working hard on something a system should be doing for them.

Thank you, Dr. Moin, for opening your practice to us and for a team that showed up ready to work.

Some rooms are built for more than business.

Last week we had the privilege of hosting an intimate private session with an extraordinary group of orthodontic practice owners. Jay sat down with each of them personally. Just real, unfiltered conversations about what is actually happening inside their practices and what it is going to take to get to the next level.

The kind of conversation most doctors never get to have.

Between sessions a private chef took care of the rest. Good food. Good w**e. The kind of setting that makes it easy to let your guard down and connect with people who understand exactly what you are building and why it matters.

That is the thing about being in the right room. The learning and the relationships happen at the same time.

Grateful for every doctor who trusted us with that time. It was an evening worth remembering. πŸ‘Š

There's a moment in leadership training that changes everything.

It's not a big dramatic reveal. It's usually just one exercise, one conversation, one chart on a whiteboard that suddenly makes it obvious who owns what and who's responsible for what.

Jack, a leadership trainer at PGI, watched a client have that moment after years of working together. And the client said it best: "I knew you said it. I just didn't believe it until we did it."

If you're still running everything yourself, that moment is closer than you think.
