Tommy Ryan and William Holland enjoyed today’s Georgia Senior Living Association Lunch & Learn on preventing survey gaps through root cause analysis.
Serina Durrah and Jamie Lancaster shared practical guidance on building systems that do more than correct an immediate issue. The objective is to identify the underlying cause, put a sustainable process in place, and prevent the problem from recurring.
That message strongly aligns with how we think at ThreeWill: lasting improvement comes from creating clear, repeatable systems—not repeatedly reacting to the same problems.
Maggiano’s also treated us to Italian staples, including Caesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and Parmesan-crusted chicken.

Tommy Ryan and Will Holland appreciated the opportunity to attend today’s Senior Resource Alliance of North Atlanta (SRANA) Coffee Hour at Pruitt Place in Sandy Springs.
SRANA continues to bring together people who are committed to supporting seniors, families, and caregivers throughout North Atlanta.
Thank you to Rebecca Smith and the Pruitt Place team for hosting such a welcoming event, Pam Santoro for bringing everyone together, and to everyone who took the time to connect and share their work.
Workforce readiness is about more than preparing teens for a job. It means helping them finish high school, find a path forward, and develop the practical skills needed to navigate adulthood.
Tricia Mercaldo explains how a new teen center will provide safe spaces, showers, laundry facilities, homework support, and lessons in skills such as personal finance and basic car maintenance.
