Family First Wellness Center (Formerly Chiropractic Solutions of Winter Park) was established in 2002 by Dr. Jeffrey Haskel. At that time, Dr. Haskel made a decision to have a practice that allowed him to provide individual attention to patients. Dr. Kelly Fredricks joined him in practice in 2014 and after 6 years together Dr. Fredricks became the new owner of FFWC in October 2020. After a thorough exam with Dr. Fredricks a personalized wellness plan will be created based on your needs. Every “body” is different and, as a result, every care plan is different. Their commitment to helping people heal their bodies by avoiding drugs or surgery has led him to continually seek new knowledge. At Family First Wellness Center we strive to seek the best alternative solutions to health concerns. At this time, we offer the following:

Pre/Postnatal chiropractic care

We are not in network with insurance providers however offer very affordable self pay rates that are comparable or sometimes lower than a specialist co-pay. We do accept auto insurance for auto accident injuries as well as Medicare. In addition, Dr. Haskel and Dr. Fredricks also offer reasonable payment plans for individuals and families. We’re excited to welcome Stacie Hemmitt, MA CCC-SLP with Time To Talk Therapy Services to our office space! 💙💗
Starting October 1st, Stacie will be seeing families right here at Family First Monday–Friday, providing another convenient resource for babies and families in our community.
Stacie is a speech-language pathologist with 25 years of experience and specialized training in feeding and oral motor development. Her passion is early intervention and supporting infants and children with a wide range of needs.
Through Time To Talk’s Baby Clinic, Stacie works with full-term infants experiencing feeding challenges with breast, bottle, or both. Families receive individualized guidance, recommendations, and hands-on strategies to help support their baby’s feeding and oral skill development. 🍼✨
We’re so happy to have Stacie sharing our space and providing this additional resource to local families!

We LOVE supporting our pregnant mamas both in and out of the office! 💕🤰
One of our favorite places to refer our mamas for a little extra relief and relaxation is Winter Park Prenatal Massage. Schedly is AMAZING, and we absolutely love her! 🫶 Between all the changes pregnancy brings, a good prenatal massage can feel like heaven.
