2016 ➡️ 2026 ✨ Okay… I’m not gatekeeping the glow-up.

Ten years between these photos—and while aging is inevitable, I’m a BIG believer that how we care for our skin along the way can make a difference.

There wasn’t one magic treatment. For me, it’s been years of consistency, good skincare, collagen stimulation, and being strategic with injectables.

Here’s what I’ve personally done over the years:

✨ Medical-grade skincare — I’ve always taken great care of my skin. Retinol + daily SPF are non-negotiables for me to support healthy cell turnover and protect against sun damage.

💉 Botox — approximately every 4 months for the past 10 years.

💧 Filler — over the past 5 years, I’ve used filler strategically in my temples and midface to restore volume and support facial balance.

🧬 Sculptra — in the midface to help stimulate my own collagen production over time.

✨ Hyperdilute Radiesse — on my neck to support collagen, skin quality and firmness.

🔥 CO₂ laser resurfacing — about 3–4 treatments total, typically around once a year.

🪡 Microneedling — approximately 2–3 times per year to support collagen production and overall skin quality.

⚡️ RF microneedling — approximately once a year for tightening, collagen stimulation and lift.

The biggest takeaway? It’s not about doing everything at once. It’s about having a long-term plan, protecting your skin every single day, stimulating collagen consistently, and making subtle adjustments as your face changes with age.

I don’t want to look like a different person. I want to look like me—just healthy, refreshed and confident at every age.

And yes… I’ll take 2024 Amy. 😉✨

Individual results vary. This reflects my personal experience and treatment history and is not medical advice. A consultation with a qualified medical provider is important to determine which treatments are appropriate for you.

✨Hi, I’m Amy Rahill, the woman behind Aluma Wellness®.

My journey into wellness started long before Aluma existed. At 28, after coming off birth control, my hormones had essentially crashed. I was exhausted, experiencing night sweats, changes in my skin and mood, and was told I may never have children.

I refused to accept that feeling terrible was simply my new normal.

I pushed for deeper testing and eventually found a physician specializing in bioidentical hormones who helped me understand what was happening in my body. More than a decade later, I feel better than I did at 28—and I’m the mom of a beautiful little boy. 🤍

That experience became the inspiration for Hormone Therapy of Orlando in 2014.

What started as a specialized hormone practice has since evolved into Aluma Wellness®—an award-winning luxury aesthetics and medical wellness practice that has cared for thousands of patients and built an incredible reputation throughout Central Florida.

Today, we’re bringing together hormone optimization, peptides, regenerative and longevity medicine, medical weight loss, and advanced aesthetics—all with one philosophy: we don’t chase trends; we pursue treatments and technologies we believe can genuinely elevate the patient experience.

My role is to keep pushing that vision forward, surround myself with exceptional medical professionals, and continue building the medical practice I wish had been available to me when I was 28.

If you’ve ever been told your labs are “normal” while you feel anything but, I understand.

I’ve been there. And it’s exactly why Aluma exists. 🤍

Why don’t we prescribe estradiol patches? 👀

Because when it comes to hormones, one size doesn’t fit all.

Estradiol patches come in predetermined strengths, which can make truly individualized dosing more challenging. When hormone therapy isn’t appropriately tailored to the patient, some women may experience unwanted symptoms like bloating, breast tenderness, mood changes, or changes on the scale.

At Aluma Wellness, we take a more personalized approach—looking at your symptoms, labs, medical history, and how your body responds to treatment to create a plan designed specifically for YOU.

✨ Your hormones are personal. Your treatment should be too.

Ready to feel like yourself again?

💊 Why Anastrozole with Testosterone Therapy?

When men take testosterone, the body can naturally convert some of that testosterone into estrogen through a process called aromatization.

For some men, too much of that conversion can lead to elevated estrogen levels and unwanted symptoms.

That’s where anastrozole may come in. When clinically appropriate, it can help reduce the amount of testosterone being converted into estrogen—helping us keep hormone levels better balanced while optimizing testosterone therapy.

The goal isn’t to eliminate estrogen. Men need estrogen too! It’s about finding the right balance for each patient based on symptoms, lab work, and how they’re responding to treatment.

🎥 Jonathan breaks it down in this video.
