The Watershed in Edwardsville did not disappoint for our first group hike. It was a perfect day 🌞
There was deer 🦌, turtles 🐢, beautiful birds of all kinds 🐦, brightly colored flowers 💐.
It's an easy family hike 🌞

When we are feeling out lowest, remember why you stay active and who is looking up to you. Doing the bare minimum is good enough on those tough days.
These are text from a client who is having a rough time with some leg pains. Her daughter gave her the motivation she needed to get to the gym.
We changed her exercises around to accommodate what she could do. She ended up having a great workout with her daughter.
Going on a hike with your trainer can change the level of difficulty. Be prepared!
