Join us in supporting RLP's ESL students as they showcase and sell their goods at today's market!

Tomorrow, Thursday June 18th, is our final day of Summer English camp! At 12:30, we will set up and open our student market! Our community is invited to browse, talk and buy homemmade goods from these hardworking students who are eager to practice their English and share their goods. There will be fresh eggs from students who own chickens, cookies, chocoflan, suspiros, bracelets, and all kinds of treats! We hope to see you tomorrow at 12:30. This is one day only, so don't miss your chance to come and experience the joyful community that walks into every week.

The PLACE was closed for our Summer break last week and today we had over 70 people walk through our doors. There were people waiting at the door when we opened this morning. What a reminder that the services we, and our partners We Find In Love and Refugee Language Project, offer to our community are vital to the success of the families we are blessed to work with!

🩺 Free Health Screening at The PLACE!
Join us Thursday, April 30th from 12–2PM for a FREE basic health screening for all ages at The PLACE (3107 Plains Blvd #500). We’ll also help connect you to resources if further care or screenings are needed.
Need help with Medicaid forms or health coverage? We’ll have people here to walk you through it!
If you’d like assistance, please bring:

✔️ Income info
✔️ Insurance info (if applicable)

A quiet moment at The PLACE 🤍

While we wait for the younger kids to arrive after school, the older students take advantage of the calm — catching up on homework, filling out applications, studying, and building their futures.

The PLACE offers a safe, welcoming space where our friends can focus, be productive, and move one step closer to their goals.

Sometimes impact looks loud and full of energy.
Sometimes it looks like this — quiet determination.
