Isolation is expensive in leadership.
Leadership already comes with decisions only you can make. Don't add unnecessary isolation to it.
You need relationships where you don't have to be the person with the answer.
People you can call before the decision is made.
People who understand the weight of leadership.
People who aren't competing with you.
People who can tell you what you need to hear.
You may lead the church, but you shouldn't have to lead alone.
TFAC creates space for pastors to build real relationships with leaders who understand the unique realities of leading a church.
Leadership is better with people in your corner. Find yours at TFAC.

What a great start to the 2026 TFAC Senior Pastor & Wife Roundtable!
Last night’s Welcome Party gave us the opportunity to reconnect with longtime friends and welcome new faces into the TFAC family. Today, we gathered around the table for honest conversations, practical wisdom, encouragement, and meaningful connection.
We’re grateful for every pastor and wife who made the trip to Plano. There’s something powerful about being in a room with people who understand the joys and challenges of ministry—and are committed to helping one another grow healthy churches.
And we’re just getting started!

Tonight, we gather.
We’re kicking off the Senior Pastor & Wife Roundtable with a night built for connection. A chance to meet other pastors and their wives, catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and simply enjoy being together.
Before the conversations around the table begin, we’re making room for relationships. Because ministry is better when you have people to walk it with.
It all starts tonight. We’ll see you in Plano.

Tomorrow, we gather.
Before we take our seats at the table, we’re kicking things off with a night to connect, fellowship, and build relationships with other senior pastors and their wives.
No agenda. No pressure. Just time with people who understand ministry, leadership, and the unique season you’re walking through.
Because some of the most valuable conversations happen before the roundtable ever begins.
One more day. We’ll see you in Plano.

Two days.
Sometimes one conversation can give you a completely different perspective on something you’ve been carrying for months.
That’s the power of getting in the room with experienced leaders who understand ministry and aren’t afraid to talk honestly about what works, what doesn’t, and what they’ve learned along the way.
Come ready to listen, contribute, ask questions, and sharpen the way you lead.
We’re almost there.

Three days until we take our seats at the table.
Bring the questions you’ve been wrestling with. Bring the leadership challenges you’re navigating. Bring the things that don’t always make it into conversations with your staff or congregation.
This is a room built for real conversation, trusted relationships, and practical wisdom from leaders who understand the responsibility of leading the local church.
We’ll see you at the table.

One week from today, senior pastors and their wives will gather for honest conversations about leadership, ministry, growth, and the realities that come with carrying the weight of the local church.
There’s value in getting outside your normal circle, hearing a fresh perspective, and learning from leaders who understand where you are because they’ve been there too.
We’ll see you in Plano.

You don't have to make every mistake yourself to learn from it.
One of the greatest advantages of being connected to other pastors and leaders is access to years of experience you haven't had yet. Someone else has navigated the staff issue, the building project, the growth barrier, the difficult transition, or the leadership decision sitting in front of you.
Wise leaders don't just learn from experience. They learn from other people's experience.
Who are you learning from right now?
TFAC connects you with leaders who have been there, learned from it, and are willing to share what they know.
You don't have to figure it all out alone. Get connected at TFAC.com.
Every pastor needs trusted voices in the room.
Join us September 14–16 in Plano, TX, for the Senior Pastor & Wife Roundtable—a gathering designed to strengthen leaders, encourage marriages, and help pastors lead with greater clarity and confidence.
