I found out I was the #4 Top Producing Individual Agent at Keller Williams Amarillo for August!

August was already my best month in real estate yet, so receiving this recognition made it even sweeter.

I’ve worked really hard over this past year to learn, grow, and keep showing up—even when things didn’t go exactly as planned. There have definitely been moments when I’ve wondered if I could really do this, and moments like this remind me to keep going.

And I can’t talk about this journey without mentioning these two. ❤️

Jennifer planted the seed of real estate in me many years ago, long before I ever imagined I would actually take the leap. And both Jennifer and Patrick continue to pour into me, encourage me, answer my questions, challenge me, and help me grow. I’m incredibly grateful to call them not only mentors, but great friends.

And of course, none of this happens without my clients. Every closing represents someone who trusted me with a really important part of their life. Thank you to every person who has hired me, referred me, shared my name, encouraged me, or cheered me on along the way.

🏡🎨 A little art + a little real estate = one of my favorite open house moments.

These two sweet siblings were tagging along for an open house and ended up making themselves right at home with the personalized coloring pages I created for the property. ❤️

I absolutely loved seeing them stretched out on the floor, crayons everywhere, coloring what could become someone’s future home.

With my background as an artist, I’m always looking for creative ways to bring a little bit of that part of me into my real estate business. Whether it’s how I market a property, help a seller present their home, or simply make an open house a little more fun for the kids who come along, I believe the small personal touches matter.

Because buying and selling a home isn’t just about bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. It’s about people, families, memories and finding the place where life happens. 🏡❤️
