There’s nothing flashy about a proper Old Fashioned. It doesn’t need to shout.

The Gaslight Old Fashioned starts with Angel’s Envy Port-Finished Bourbon, layered with rich port demerara, chicory pecan bitters, and finished with an expressed orange peel. Smooth, deep, and just a little mysterious.

Hendrick’s Gin, fresh citrus, cucumber, bergamot, lavender, and a silky egg white finish, this cocktail is light, refreshing, and packed with flavor in every sip.

Every Wednesday from 5–7 PM, we’re pouring $5 Prosecco and shucking $1 oysters at Gaslight. Just the kind of happy hour that reminds you to slow down and enjoy the finer things.

Every Thursday from 5–7 PM, settle in for our Maker’s Pairing: a Maker’s Mark Old Fashioned and three wings for just $15.
