Cathy brings with her 30 years of customer service experience across a variety of industries, including retail, education, and business. She is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, always striving to create a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of the office, Cathy is married and the proud mother of two teenage boys who keep her busy with music events, sports, and school activities. She also has a miniature poodle named Oliver. Cathy enjoys volunteering in her community, spending quality time with her family, and creating lasting memories through vacations. In her free time, her favorite hobby is crafting.
