As we get older, there are a lot of things that we are holding onto that we don’t even know we are from our past. Some things we do there are a lot of things that we don’t..

Whether you wanna believe it or not, some of these things have a lot to do with the imbalances that we deal with later in life. We didn’t have to have a traumatic experience yesterday for it to be affecting us today . We hold onto things for years until we consciously release them.

You can laugh and shake your head, but it’s real.

In my work, I hear every day how hard it is to let go and release low vibrational feelings, thoughts, and traumas that we have encountered in our experience.

Been there done that. I’ve learned a lot. And what I’ve learned is that it’s not easy to do alone for starters, but there are tools within us and tools that we can use to move forward and let the past be the past.
