We are a family owned hydroponic lettuce farm located in Amite, LA. We take pride in producing lettuce that not only taste great but also keeps well.
All of our lettuce is greenhouse grown and pesticide free.
Should have a full house by the end of the week.🌱🥗

For the past several years you have known us as Faust Farms Hydroponics. We are excited to now add strawberries to the mix, but since every product we offer is not hydroponic just the lettuce, and the name FAUST FARMS rightfully belongs to my parents, who over the past 40 years have built a produce farm that has earned the trust and respect by so many across our great state, we thought the name change to be necessary. We wanted to come up with a name that reflects our last name and the name of our three boy’s. We are so excited for this next chapter and if i’m being honest strawberries feel like home base for us.
Below are some labels to be on the lookout for, the new berry one is my absolute favorite.🥗🍓
Well the LOUISIANA heat has caught up with us. Thank you for another awesome Lettuce Season. We will be back at it by Mid-September. We are so excited for all the new changes this next year will bring. Stay tuned.🥰🥗🥵
