Sports Training Complex

Sports Training Complex is a 9,000 sqft. indoor athletic training facility located in the heart of Orange County, directly across the street from Angel Stadium.

Family owned and operated since 2007 we have grown to become one of the premier athletic training facilities for college bound athletes. We specialize in baseball and softball training, and have EM Speed and Strength training for all sports. We have 9 batting cages, 2 pitching mounds, a 3,200 sqft. fielding area., hitting and pitching instructors, as well as a pro shop. Our pro shop is stocked with Mizuno, Wilson/DeMarini, Schutt, XproteX, Worth, and Teamwork.
