M&R Sprint 3000 Gas Screen Printing Conveyor Dryer

There are a lot of emulsions out there. Let SPR help find the right one for you!
The first step before burning your screen is to coat it with emulsion, but there are several factors to consider. Different brands and types of emulsion have different exposure times. Diazo emulsions may be cheaper options, but they require longer exposure times. Photopolymer (or presensitized) emulsions are very sensitive and expose faster, but they have to be handled very carefully because of that extra sensitivity. There are other factors to consider as well:
What type of exposure unit are you using?
What kind of ink will you be using?
What's your level of experience? Beginner, intermediate or pro?
