No bike computer, no problem!

I’ve never ridden with a bike computer and it got me wondering. Do I really need one? Do I really need to keep track of my heart rate and power outputs? If I’m not training for a race is it really necessary? What do you think?!

Is it REALLY Fixed?!

We all know that stress of repairing your own bike. There’s a 72% chance that everything will work…but those odds are getting worse by the minute when you’re out on the trail. Just remember to bring a multitool. 😂

The struggle is REAL!

There’s nothing quite as bad as going on a ride with your extremely fit friend. By the time you finally reach the top of the climb they’re well rested and ready to go! I just need a couple minutes to catch my breath! 😮‍💨

Look. 52 teeth is great. But 252 teeth is WAY better!! Those climbs are gonna be a BREEZE once you slap on a GREAT granny gear. 😂

Can you ride the E-Bike TOO much?

I know one of the biggest fears people have when they get an Ebike is that they’ll just stop riding their regular bikes altogether. But in my experience I STILL have a good mix between electric and analog. How’s your experience been? Did you abandon your analog rigs as soon as you set foot on those electric pedals?!

What’s the PERFECT tire pressure?

Is there such a thing as “perfect” tire pressure. No way! There too many factors to consider. What kind of terrain are you riding, is it loose or hard soil or is it rocky enough to result in punctures? It’s a tricky one…and a conversation that could go on for HOURS!

Picking your first bike.

It’s not easy getting into mountain biking. There’s a LOT of options out there. Should you go full suspension right out of the gate OR should you find a reasonably priced hard tail to see if you’re gonna fall in love with the sport? What would YOU suggest?
