This is our last week of bear viewing for the season! Here’s a very sleepy bear in a tree from last Thursday on our Lake Clark trip.

We’re reached the return of sunrise and sunset! Can you believe it’s September already? Today the sun rose at 7:09am and will set by 8:42 giving Anchorage 13 hours and 33 minutes of daylight.

Our bear viewing season isn’t over yet! Lake Clark bear viewing runs until the last week of Sept giving late season travelers an opportunity to see Alaska’s wildlife. Here are some sights and sounds from that trip!
