Twenty-five years later we remember a day when pain was felt all the way from New York to Alaska.

Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who ran toward danger, the soldiers who fought for our country, and the countless Americans whose lives were forever changed.

No matter the miles between us, we stood together then, and we remember together today.

We will never forget.

As students head back to the classroom, we wanted to take a look at something they’ve been growing outside of it. 🌱

Earlier this year, CFAB was proud to support the school garden at Airport Heights Elementary through our Growing Alaska’s Future donation.

Agriculture is in our name and supporting opportunities for young Alaskans to learn where food comes from, how things grow, and how much work goes into producing it matters to us.

Investing in Alaska also means investing in the next generation — helping kids build curiosity, confidence, and a connection to the industries that help sustain our state.

Fair season is almost here! 🎃🌱

The Alaska State Fair opens this week, bringing together growers, producers, families, and communities from across the state.

From giant vegetables to livestock and locally made products, the fair is always a great reminder of how much Alaska’s agricultural community accomplishes during our short growing season.
