Most Lash Artists wont talk about this... but I will 🫶

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give a quick heads-up about a new policy I’ll be implementing to help keep appointments running smoothly and make sure I can give each client the time and attention they deserve. ❤️

⏰ Late Arrival Policy
If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, I completely understand that things happen! Unless it’s a true emergency, I’ll allow one excused late arrival and, if needed, we can reschedule your appointment.

After your one excused late arrival, any future arrival of more than 10 minutes late will result in a 50% late fee of the scheduled service.

This isn’t meant to be harsh or directed at anyone personally. I simply want to be fair to everyone and respect both my clients’ time and my own. I truly appreciate everyone who communicates with me and makes an effort to arrive on time! 🫶

Thank you all for understanding and supporting my business! 💕

I got a new LED sign for the shop today 💖
