Crossing Anderson Campus
Empowering struggling students to become contributing members of their communities through academics, job training, and faith-based character education.
Unfortunately, we have to postpone our 4th Annual Hog Roast & Family Night.
Between the weather and a few unforeseen circumstances, we just don’t feel like we can give our families the kind of evening we had planned. We know a lot of people were looking forward to it, and so were we.
The good news is — this is only a postponement, not a cancellation. We’ll be announcing a new date as soon as we can.
Thank you for being flexible with us and for always showing up for our students, staff, and school community. We appreciate your understanding more than you know.
💛🖤 New date coming soon.

🙏 Our First God Talk of the Year
Last Friday, we kicked off our first God Talk of the school year—a time to slow down, come together, and have real conversations about faith, life, and where God is leading us.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to not only educate our students, but to walk alongside them as they grow in faith, character, and purpose. 🌱
“Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14
Here’s to a year of growth, good conversations, and God working in ways we may not even see yet. ❤️

Every school year begins with a clean slate, but today reminded us that the greatest transformations don’t happen in a single day, they happen through hundreds of small moments of encouragement, perseverance, and grace.
Today marked the beginning of another journey at The Crossing, and our staff couldn’t be more grateful to walk alongside these incredible students. This year, our campus theme is Growth, and our Growth Tree will be a living reminder of that mission. As students reach goals, build character, overcome obstacles, and discover who God created them to be, our tree will continue to grow with them. One leaf and one branch at a time.
Thank You, Lord, for trusting us with this calling. It is a privilege to love, serve, and invest in the lives of our students while striving to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community.
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” — 2 Peter 3:18
Here’s to a year of growing together. 🌳💙

Some students come to us carrying more than a backpack. They carry disappointment, missed opportunities, difficult circumstances, and the belief that they may never succeed in school.
At The Crossing High School, we believe every student was created by God with purpose, value, and potential. Through faith-based character education, strong relationships, academic support, and real-world experiences, we help students recognize that their past does not have to determine their future.
Work-Based Learning is a major part of that mission. A student who has struggled in a traditional classroom may discover that they are a gifted problem-solver, a dependable teammate, a skilled tradesperson, a compassionate healthcare worker, or a future leader. Sometimes, all it takes is one employer willing to open a door, teach a skill, and believe in them.
We are currently looking for businesses and organizations interested in partnering with The Crossing:
Anchor Partners are deeply invested partners who provide ongoing opportunities for multiple students and help us build a strong, long-term career pathway.
Satellite Partners allow students to learn and work at the business site, often with support and supervision from Crossing staff. The workplace becomes an extension of the classroom.
Simple Satellite Partners provide a smaller and more flexible opportunity. This could involve a few students, specific projects, job shadowing, internships, mentoring, or other hands-on experiences without creating a full satellite program.
Every partnership can look different. You do not have to be a large company or have everything figured out. You simply need a willingness to invest in young people.
When businesses partner with The Crossing, they are doing more than helping students earn credits or gain experience. They are restoring confidence, developing character, strengthening our workforce, and showing young people that their community believes they are worth the investment.
Together, we can help students move from merely hoping for a better future to actively building one.
“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.” — Ephesians 2:10
Interested in becoming an Anchor, Satellite, or Simple Satellite Partner? We would love to begin the conversation.

What an incredible Back to School Enrollment Night! ❤️
It was such a blessing to see so many familiar faces alongside families who are joining The Crossing for the very first time. There was so much laughter, great conversation, and excitement about the year ahead. We are incredibly thankful for everyone who came out and made the evening so special.
We’re thrilled with the number of students who enrolled, and if you or someone you know is looking for a different path to earning an accredited high school diploma in a faith-based, relationship-centered environment, it’s not too late. Our enrollment is still open, and we’d love to welcome you into the Crossing family.
A huge thank you to James Dixon for generously donating his time and talent to provide free haircuts for our students and families. Your kindness made a real difference, and we appreciate your heart for serving our community!
We can’t wait to see what God has in store for this school year.
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
