What do we do when life doesn’t go quite as planned? ❤️
Today, as we continued our journey through Jonah, we were reminded that even when we find ourselves headed in the wrong direction, God is still at work.
We can take a moment, refocus, take responsibility for where we are, and choose to take the next step toward where God is leading us.
No matter where you find yourself today, it’s never too late to turn toward your “Nineveh” and follow God’s plan for your life. ❤️
The question for all of us this week: Where is God asking me to take my next step?
🎤 Last week, we grabbed the mic and asked a few people what Sunday School means to them and we loved hearing their answers!
Sunday School is about so much more than a class. It’s a place to grow in your faith, build meaningful relationships, pray for one another, and find community. ❤️

Romans 15:4 says, “For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.”
Scripture is one of the best indications we have of God’s intense longing to be known by his people. Every time we open up the Bible we are looking at a miracle. God has revealed himself to us in a way that is beyond dispute and beyond anything we could ask or imagine. Within the pages of Scripture we see countless examples of God’s grace, love, presence, power, and unfathomable desire to have a restored relationship with us.

The AFCNAZ Youth are heading to the IN State Fair to see Josiah Queen in concert! We will meet in the youth cafe after 2nd service, eat a quick lunch provided by the youth department, and then head down for a day at the fair. The concert begins at 7:30pm, so bring a lawn chair or blanket and some money for dinner.
