Studio Zen
Healing Arts Collective in Anderson IN❤️Building a community for transformation, love, & empowerment✨
Is it a coincidence that I get to live AND have the business of my dreams on Main Street in my hometown of Anderson…
AND this sign is just sitting here on Main Street waiting for the photo?
I think not. 💕

You don’t have to be good at meditation.
You don’t have to know how to quiet your mind.
You just have to show up.
We’ll take it from there.
Two Lady Tribe golfers traded the course for the salt room today. ⛳️
We talked about something every athlete eventually learns: your physical game can only take you so far.
The mental game matters.
These two spent time learning practical tools to regulate their nervous systems, quiet some of the noise, stay present under pressure, and recover when a shot doesn’t go the way they hoped.
Focus without overthinking.
Confidence without perfection.
The ability to reset after a mistake.
And the discipline to come back to this shot instead of carrying the last one with you.
I love getting to introduce young athletes to these skills early—not just because they can help them become better golfers, but because they’re skills they can carry far beyond the course.
So proud of these Lady Tribe golfers for being willing to work on the part of their game no one can see. 🤍⛳️
And to everyone who supports Studio Zen—thank you!!!
A percentage of every class, service, and purchase at Studio Zen goes directly to the Studio Zen Foundation, helping us offer experiences like this completely free of charge to people in our community.
So when you take a yoga class, book a massage or facial, come in for meditation, or purchase something from our boutique, your support reaches beyond your own experience here.
You’re helping us create opportunities for others to experience care, learn new skills, and access resources that support their well-being.
Your healing really does become someone else’s healing, too.
Thank you for helping us pass it on. ❤️💚
To the Tenders (Mary Schilke, Lonnie Carpenter, Dawn Butler),
Thank you for giving your time…
your friendship…
and your love…
to Anderson.
There is something profoundly beautiful about watching someone use their gifts to help others heal.
Sometimes the smallest rituals carry the deepest meaning. Our prayer urns are back, ready to hold your prayers, hopes, and intentions.

Even though he bleeds red and green, this Anderson Indian proudly wears his Madison Heights Pirates shirt so often the letters are literally peeling off.
The rivalry may be gone, but so many great memories remain. If you had the pleasure of attending basketball games in the 60's-90's era you know.
Either way, one thing we can all rally around is supporting local.
Yosaku Buffet in downtown Anderson is an incredible value for the quality.
One more reason to love our city. ❤️
