This one turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The before and afters speak for themselves🤩
We started with this out of date cramped kitchen then rebuilt the whole thing: Custom stained and painted cabinetry for a rich warm finish, Blanc Elyse quartz backsplash, and a lighting package that goes all the way down to the toekick.
On demo day we told her this house was going to look amazing, and at the end she told us that helped her trust the process🤗
A big thank you to Channing Jack for being the design lead and helping the client select all of the finishes! You made it clean and easy, and our new favorite way to describe a feature light is to call it a “Jewelry 💍 light”😏

One of the final items we are completing on our 37th st whole home remodel is making the pantry feel intentional. But it’s not just about the pantries, it’s about the details. We made them feel built in, and even put magnets inside the doors so they close just right, stay closed, and the homeowners never think about it.
That’s the point.
This was one of the final pieces of their whole home remodel, and now the pantry feels connected to the kitchen instead of two random doors in a corner.
We care about details because they’re what separate a remodel that looks good from one that actually performs. Even after we’ve collected the final payment, we’re still here making sure everything works the way it should for years to come.
That’s how we do things.

Here are a few questions to ask to help make sure you’re comparing apples to apples when you talk to a remodeler:

2. Are they going to go through a full project design & development process before giving you a price?
3. Does their contract reflect all of the project details?
4. Are they trying to provide you with cheap work or quality work?
5. Do you trust them?
