Chris currently serves as Compass’s Chief Operating Officer and brings extensive healthcare leadership experience, a deep understanding of our organization and partners, and a strong commitment to Compass’s mission.

As CEO, Chris will build on Compass’s longstanding foundation in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety while leading the organization into its next chapter.

“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead Compass and build upon the foundation Tom, our team, and our partners have created,” Chris said. “We will continue bringing people together, solving difficult problems, and helping providers turn ideas into action that improves care and creates sustainable change.”
