Taylor Voitel - Realtor

My name is Taylor and I am a full time Realtor born & raised in Norwalk, Iowa. Growing up in the Des Moines metro has shown me what a desirable place it is to live. I pride myself in knowing the ins and outs that the DSM metro has to offer. Every transaction is different and every client is different, this is why I take the extra step to get to know the WHY. Why are you selling? Why are you buying? What are your needs as MY client. I always joke with my clients that as your Realtor®, I also double as your therapist. All jokes aside, communicating with my clients is the biggest part of my business. Explaining each step of the way whether you are a first timer or a seventh timer. My experience in this industry and competitive spirit gives me an advantage when negotiating offers with other real estate professionals. With me on your team, there won't be room for things to fall through the cracks. This process should be stress-free! Let me show you how. Vote Warren County's Favorite Realtor® - 2019, 2020, 2021
