From seeds to sprouts and eggs to chicks! 🌱🐥 Ms. Fritz’s class got hands-on while learning about the life cycles of plants and chickens. Students watched their plants grow and were excited to return to school to find that their chicks had hatched!

AAAC leading the way with an ‘A’ rating from the state.
Here’s to the teachers, parents and students that made this possible… congratulations!!

Today, 27 teachers were surprised with the exciting news that they have earned a new or higher designation through the Teacher Incentive Allotment. That brings our total number of designated TIA teachers to 94 across the district.

The Teacher Incentive Allotment recognizes and rewards highly effective teachers based on student growth and classroom performance, generating additional funding that goes directly to educators.

We are so very proud of our own, Ms Adrienne Fritz, one of the teachers recognized for her exceptional skills in the classroom. She goes above and beyond everyday for her students, and it shows by how they continue to grow and meet the high standards that she sets for them.

Our November Staff Spotlight is Judy Miller.
She has been with Anna ISD since 2007, where she has worked at JKB, AEC and her favorite 😉 AAAC. She was actually one of the first employees to get our PACE program started.
She is always willing to help where needed, and definitely gets her steps in daily.
In her personal time, she and her husband foster English Bulldogs, and she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter. She also has a hobby where she is perfecting her freeze drying skills.
Thank you Judy for your loyalty to AISD and AAAC!

On this Veterans Day, we would like to say a special Thank You to our Campus Principal, Nicholas Simons. He served in the US Navy as an Aviation Wartime Specialist, Second Class.
🇺🇸 Happy Veterans Day!

Terry Adams, Owner of Top Notch Electrician in Sherman Tx, presented to the students at Anna Academic Achievement Center this past week.
He is also generously offering two scholarship opportunities for our students through Grayson College.
We are thankful for these business owners who are investing in the futures of the next generation of tradesmen.

🎉 Congratulations to PACE Student Isaac Avila!
He has completed all of his courses and is now a Graduate of Anna Academic Achievement Center!
He plans to attend UNT in the spring and major in Business.
We are so proud of you Isaac 💜

🎉 PACE Student Course Completion Celebration! 🎓
Over the past 6 weeks, our PACE students have worked hard, shown dedication, and achieved something incredible — 32 students successfully completed a course! 🙌
A huge thank you to our Superintendent and Cabinet for coming out to celebrate with our students, their families, and peers. Your presence means so much! 💜
Special appreciation goes to our Board Member Representative for joining us, and to our amazing teachers who give their all every single day to help our students succeed. 👏
We’re so proud of our PACE students for their commitment and perseverance — the future is bright! 🌟

October is National Principals Month, and here at AAAC we know that we have two of the best.
Nicholas Simons and Jared Miller lead everyday with our campus vision in mind.
“Empowering students to Succeed through Compassion with Accountability”. They are making a difference in the next generation.

We couldn’t let the day get away before wishing Mr Miller a Happy Birthday.
We celebrated today by letting him grill our lunch. He was a good sport and went along with it. Thanks Mr Miller and we hope you’ve had a fantastic birthday 🎂
