We tore out and hauled away the rotten wood deck and built a new composite deck in Annapolis.

We installed Fiberon Beach house decking with hidden fasteners, white vinyl rails with black round aluminum pickets and LMT low-voltage lighting throughout so they can enjoy the space even after the sun goes down.

We installed white PVC trim on the side of the deck and step risers and white vinyl privacy lattice to grade.

The space features Fiberon Bungalow decking installed with hidden fasteners, clean white vinyl rails with white square pickets, and crisp white shiplap on the back of the house inside the porch. Inside the room we added a TV with electric fireplace, two heaters, a ceiling fan, and recessed lighting so they can enjoy it year-round.

The open deck has LMT low-voltage lighting in the steps and posts, everything is trimmed out in white PVC with white vinyl lattice to grade, and we matched the gable siding and shingles to the existing house for a seamless look.

This one feels like a true extension of the home.

The deck features Fiberon decking installed with hidden fasteners, white vinyl rails with black round aluminum pickets, and all posts and beams wrapped in white vinyl. We installed a Trex RainEscape system with gutter and downspout to keep the entire area underneath dry, plus a black vinyl soffit ceiling for a modern finished look.
The lower patio was done in Cambridge Sherwood Ledgestone pavers — rich tones that really tie everything together.

We pulled the siding off of the back of the house and installed white shiplap to make it feel like part of the home instead of an add-on. Black aluminum rails with white posts, a black Andersen full-view, self storing storm door, and steps to grade finish it off.

New backyard renovation in Annapolis! We tore down the old rotting wood deck and built this massive new one with a covered section that the homeowners are going to love for years.

The covered area has a shed style roof supported by white 6x6 posts, a beautiful Synergy Wood Ceiling and a 6-foot wide TV wall with beautiful El Dorado stone on the inside and vinyl siding on the outside to match the house. We ran electric for recessed lights, ceiling fans, and two wall-mounted heaters so they can use the space in every season. We installed Fiberon 40 year decking with hidden fasteners, white vinyl rails with black round aluminum pickets and a matching Fiberon top cap. We installed dark brown vinyl lattice trimmed out in white PVC to close off the area underneath. Low voltage LMT lighting throughout gives the space a warm inviting feeling, especially in the evening; great for winding down after a long day.

This one has it all — great views, year-round comfort, and a finished look that makes it feel like part of the house.

We just wrapped up another deck in the Two Rivers neighborhood in Odenton — and it turned out really sharp.

We installed TimberTech Coconut Husk decking with hidden fasteners, white vinyl rails with black round aluminum pickets, and wrapped the posts and beams underneath in white for a crisp, finished look. The whole thing is trimmed out in white PVC, including the step risers, so it looks clean from every angle.

Inside the room we installed rustic tongue and groove roof decking with open rafters and collar ties for a warm, natural vibe.
The room also includes Porch Conversion vinyl windows, clear vinyl in the gable front, and a sliding glass door that opens to the open deck wrapping around the hot tub.
We added white PVC trim, white vinyl privacy lattice to grade, low-voltage LMT lighting throughout, and a Cambridge paver patio.

Stunning backyard transformation we completed in Clarksville!

This massive project features a partially covered deck and a nearly 2,000 sq ft paver patio below. The deck is built with a two-tone Trex Tiki Torch & Spiced Rum design installed with hidden fasteners, black aluminum rails with tan 4x4 posts with low voltage lighting shining down the posts and a matching flush Trex top cap for a modern design. The covered portion has a shed-style roof supported by large tan fiberglass columns. The covered area includes a tan vinyl soffit ceiling with recessed lighting and a fan, plus siding that perfectly matches the house to make it seem like part of the house instead of an afterthought.

We installed Trex RainEscape complete with a gutter and downspout to keep the area under the deck dry. We finished the ceiling with tan vinyl soffit and recessed lights. We built custom bistro tables around the support posts and added a granite bar top supported by Cambridge Maytrx block.

The enormous patio was features Cambridge Sherwood Ledgestone XL pavers in Stone Harbor color with a skinny Coal inlay and matching border, complete with multiple sitting walls and columns using Cambridge Maytrx in Onyx Natural with bullnose caps in Coal, and a beautiful gas fire pit accented with a Cambridge round table in Coal.
