Conant produces inspired designs for the home and garden including weather instruments, clocks and birdfeeders.
Conant became a part of the Weems & Plath family in Spring of 2008. Weems & Plath, with an 85 year legacy of leading the marine industry with innovative weather and navigation instruments, acquired Conant to leverage its expertise in precision and weather. Both Weems & Plath and Conant have a reputation for superior construction, performance and design in the products we make. We are passionate about creating products we can be proud of and enjoy using ourselves. Conant focuses on accuracy through extensive product testing, because we don’t want to disappoint our customers. Style, elegance and quality are inherent to the Conant design process. The result is products that look great, last a lifetime, and are proudly displayed in our own homes. President Peter Trogdon, "The values of quality, service and innovation were common cornerstones of both companies" and it was a great match.

Don't forget to change your clocks tomorrow! Daylight Savings begins Sunday, March 9. It's time to spring forward!
Speaking of "time" - now is a good time to replace all of the batteries in your clocks and smoke detectors so the batteries won't corrode.
(Battery corrosion will void the warranty on all Conant and Weems & Plath products.)
