About Two Brothers Kitchen At Two Brothers Kitchen we pride ourselves in providing fresh high quality wholesome ingredients and products.
Our goal is to establish a trusting relationship with our customers so that they can feel safe about where their food comes from, and can enjoy consuming good quality food with fresh quality ingredients.
· Our produce is grown locally or nearby in southern California, and is either certified organic or grown locally in greenhouses, free of pesticides & chemicals.
· Our pork products are all natural and free of nitrates.
· Our beef is of the highest quality premium Black Angus, raised at Creekstone Farms, and is unmatched in the beef industry. All of our beef products are free of antibiotics, free of hormones. The cattle at Creekstone farms are raised in a humane way, and are allowed to roam freely, the way they should. The farms facilities were designed by Dr Temple Grandin, associate professor of animal science at Colorado State University and one of the leading experts in animal welfare. The whole farm and its facilities were designed with the sole purpose of keeping its animals calm, relaxed & in their natural environments.
· Our poultry products are from Redbird Farms, which provide an all natural, cage free bird, free of hormones & antibiotics. Flocks are allowed to roam freely, the way they were intended to, and thus the birds are in a relaxed and comfortable environment. They are fed an all vegetarian diet, with no animal by-products ever.
· Our eggs are 100% cage free brown organic eggs. The chickens are fed a vegetarian diet, free of hormones, antibiotics and animal by-products. We don’t have deep fryers, so our food will never be deep fried. We only purchase items that are free of high fructose corn syrup and free of monosodium glutamate. We offer gluten free items upon request and eliminate cross contamination to provide a nut allergen safe environment. From our kitchen, we hope you enjoy
