Chuck Norris was not only a global icon, but also a dedicated practitioner of Tang Soo Do—the very art we teach and live every day.

His discipline, strength, and unwavering spirit helped bring martial arts into the mainstream and inspired generations of students around the world.

At Triangle Karate, we carry forward those same values: respect, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence.

As we honor the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. today, we’d like to remind everyone that we are open and holding regular classes this evening.

Congratulations to ITF General Secretary Master DePaolis and Synergy Martial Arts for 20 years of Tang Soo Do! At this rate you might be here in 20 years!

Tonight is our last classes of 2025. Afterwards, regular classes will resume with Black Belt prep class on Friday. Tang Soo!
