Adore Bubbly

Happy May everyone!!

A day of doggie cuddles and planning 🤍🫧

Starting fresh for 2024 with big goals! 2023 wasn’t the right time to get back into things, but I have already started planning out craft shows along with product ideas and a new website! Stay tuned 🫧

So far so good with the double wick!

Just need to try out the larger wick next.

Sometimes… we set unrealistic goals. My goal was to be selling candles March 1st. Candles honestly are a real science lol.

You need to pour at the right temperature, have the right amount of fragrance (which depending on the scent less can mean more fragrance), and use the appropriate wick size depending on diameter of your vessel.

This could have been possible, but let’s be real.. I’m not a machine. I work 40+ hours a week and only get 2 days off at the moment. So I am setting real goals now.

In these next few days.. I am testing two things. 1. Possible using the smaller wicks I have to make a double wick candle. 2. I ordered some larger wicks that should be a better size for the jars I have.

Soon… I will be selling candles and having fun with that, but unfortunately that will not be March 1. Lol

After curing the candle for 2 weeks.. it seems I need to up my wick size for the size of container I am using.

Good to know for the next time! I’ll have to get some smaller containers for the wicks I currently have :)

February goal progress:

Website is almost done!
I have to wait a few more days to do a burn test on my candle to evaluate both burn time and quality.
Labels are being worked on!

Things are in motion! My goal is be to be up and running March 1st!

Secret is now out!!

CANDLES ARE COMING SOON!!!

I am doing a few practice ones. I will post when they are available for purchase. I am also getting a fun and new website ready too!

Literally making my creative space today! So funny

Accidentally matched the notebook and pens lol.
