I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. I truly enjoy getting to know the children and families I work with and helping them build skills that make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. I believe in making therapy individualized, positive, and fun while celebrating each child’s unique strengths and progress.
Outside of work, I enjoy making the most of my time with my husband, Brett, and our dog, Levi, and cat, Odie. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by the people and pets I love, whether we’re spending time together or enjoying a quiet day at home.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career where I can make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families, and I look forward to continuing to grow alongside the families I have the privilege of serving.

🎒✏️ This week was Back to School! We practiced tracing our names, spent time playing with friends, and worked on taking turns with the brand new slide! We're ready for a great school year ahead!

We specialize in play-based ABA and ESDM for young children, with a focus on direct therapy, caregiver collaboration, and meaningful support for families — without high caseloads or intensive 40-hour models.
✔ Flexible daytime hours
✔ Paid admin time + CEU allowance
✔ Direct BCBA service model
✔ Supportive, collaborative environment
✔ Strong focus on early childhood and NDBIs/ESDM

This position is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy direct work with children and families in a relationship-focused setting.

This week was extra sweet for our Little Explorers, with plenty of smiles to go around! ✨️

Watermelon Week was one in a melon! This week brought bright colors, big smiles, and a whole lot of sweetness to the center.🍉💚🩷

Rainbow Week brought lots of color, creativity, and fun! Our Little Explorers explored colors through crafts and engaging activities that supported communication, fine motor skills, and learning through play. Every day was a little brighter together! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Bugs Week was full of tiny discoveries and big fun! We had a bug-tastic week exploring through sensory play and themed activities!
