We strive to make YOUR smile PERFECT! We are thankful and extremely fortunate to have a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Dr. Gilpatrick Schmidtke proudly continues the tradition of excellence set by his father, Dr. Gilbert Schmidtke, who served the Appleton and Hortonville communities for more than 35 years before retiring. Because of this we strive to provide the best quality care as though each patient is a member of our family.

Wedding prep looks a little different for this guy...
Bill came to us and said he wanted to get the perfect smile for his son's wedding day.
So we took the challenge and gave him the best smile for his son's special day.
Congrats on the new smile!
