Chromy Construction

Chromy Construction is a small business that provides Handyman services to homeowners in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. I, as the owner/operator, take pride in my work and strive to display Christlike Character by being honest, trustworthy, respectful, and by doing things right the first time, every time. Specialized experience includes extensive knowledge of building decks, finishing basements, roofing, siding, and remodeling kitchens and baths. I am an employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs, but I do a great deal of construction work on the side every year because I am good at it, and I love to do it. It keeps me sane and has the added benefit of helping to support my family. Below is a non-comprehensive list of projects I am proficient at completing. For anything not on the list, contact me, I have probably done it before or can do it. Licensing and Insurance can be provided for larger projects. References available upon request. List: Deck Building, Roofing, Screened-in Porches, Finishing Basements, Bathroom Remodeling, Replacing doors, hardwood flooring, Fireplace upgrades, Building platforms and stairs, Trim Work, Tiling, Moving/removing walls for open concept, Siding and Windows , Changing fixtures, outlets, basic electrical work, Installing Cabinetry/Counter tops/ Appliances, Custom woodwork (shelving, cabinets, bookcases, tables..etc.), Handrails and Porch rails

If you have any project you need done, please contact me. You can message me, email me at [email protected], or call/text me on my cell at 920-342-2270. I guarantee I will beat any price you can get from a company and will do a better job. I do the work myself, and I do things right the first time.
