Looking for a unique space to host your next corporate event?

EAA now has a dedicated space! Beneath the education space upstairs, this events space is fully equipped with simple-to-use presentation systems and is divisible for smaller groups.

This gives guests a dedicated meeting space **without** EAA staff having to move historical planes. Don't worry! You can still check out the planes in the hangar and visit the musuem. Just without the risk of the planes getting damaged!

We have shout out Visionary Solutions!

Due to the ongoing chip shortage, we had to pivot AV-over-IP last second to get the EAA systems operational by AirVenture last summer. Visionary Solutions had stock, delivered, and withstands the test of time almost a year after installation.

Thanks for helping us meet a deadline and not compromise on quality!

AV-over-IP gives companies agility.

For example, EAA Aviation Museum utilizes an AV network in their new education wing. This allows their team to…

🎥 Live stream from any room

📺 Add more displays & speakers without upgrading infrastructure

👥 Create overflow rooms when needed

🎛️ Flexibility of control for technical and non-technical users

How do you say “Thank you!” to the people who helped bring your dreams to life?

One thing EAA Aviation Museum did to commemorate all the folks who helped make the new wing a reality were video donor walls. The screens shifts to highlight a different name every minute. If someone on the wall is coming in-person, the team can change it to welcome them to the new space! Just one way EAA says thank you.

You’ve probably thought LED video walls were too expensive for your organization, right?

But manufacturing advances are making LED video walls surprisingly accessible. New options have comparable prices to an equivalent size LCD wall.

So say goodbye to ugly bezels and say hello to seamless!
