Stop Crow Hopping. Learn the Pro Step.
The Pro Step is when your back foot steps behind your front foot. Stepping behind allows you to load your hips, and create more rotational power when shooting.
You can use this drill in your backyard. Slow down and dial in your footwork. Shooting starts from the ground up!
