When guests contact Xivea to enquire about spa treatments or book a wellness appointment, Xivea guides them through a natural conversation before creating, updating or cancelling appointments directly within Book4Time.

What a few days in Singapore!

Following on from our launch in Sydney, the 14IP team continued our journey in Singapore, bringing together partners, and hospitality professionals for a packed few days.

From our Partner Workshop, to an incredible Partner Dinner at LeVeL33, and our Hospitality Networking Reception, it was a fantastic opportunity to share what’s next for 14IP, strengthen relationships and have some great conversations about the future of hospitality technology across the region.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the Singapore launch such a success.
