Appleton History Museum located at 231 W. Franklin Street. Home of Appleton Historical Society. Goals:
1.
Visit the museum to see exhibits on Appleton history or research in the Claudine and Jim Happel Fireside Library. Encourage the preservation and display of Appleton historical items.
2. Regularly present public programs, such as history fairs, history walks
and other public events.
3. Encourage the development of and assist in the operation of a museum that would specifically cover Appleton history.

Join us at Appleton Public Library on Thursday, July 23 at 6 pm for a special event with former NFL player and author Dr. George Koonce Jr., discussing his book Is There Life After Football? Surviving the NFL.

After the program, attendees are invited to tour the football exhibit at the Appleton History Museum, located at 231 W. Franklin St.
