🌟 Big news for Hope & Help Together — please join us in welcoming Kayla McNamara as our new Director! 🌟

After a thoughtful search process from December 2025 through February 2026, Kayla has been selected to help lead HHT into its next chapter of growth and community impact.

Kayla brings 18 years of experience building stronger communities through collaboration, inclusion, and partnership. Many in the Fox Valley already know her from her leadership at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Diversity & Targeted Programs, helping expand inclusive programming for youth and families across our community.

She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration and was honored with Insight Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award (2023) for her community leadership.

To ensure a smooth transition, our current Director will continue working alongside Kayla through early May so relationships, programs, and priorities continue seamlessly.

I have witnessed firsthand how newcomers enrich our neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces with culture, resilience, and determination. When everyone feels a true sense of belonging, our entire community becomes stronger.”

We are grateful to our partners, volunteers, and supporters who helped guide this transition and continue to strengthen this network of support for newcomers in the Fox Valley.
