OCTOBER 20TH!!
I am traveling from Appleton to Otter Creek on October 20th! If you wanted your horses done and you are on my route, please reach out!!
Those of you who guessed cupping was the new modality were right!!
Cupping is another great way to help your horses whole system, and not just the muscular system!
The nervous system, lymphatic system, and the fascial system are just a few!

Just a heads up! I will be out of the state a few times this month!
My boyfriend and I will be taking some time away after a busy summer before the holidays!

KT-Taping!
What does it do? How does it help?
KT-Taping is a non restrictive modality that help reduce muscle tension, provide support, and decompress tissue. It also promotes blood and lymphatic circulation; and body awareness.
The tape lifts the skin and the fascia creating space for blood and lymphatic drainage to happen. The longer you leave it on, the more it helps your horse!
I commonly tape horses that have sore backs, stiff joints, and preformance horses that need a boost of circulation! KT-Taping continues to help your horses after I leave the property!
The mare pictured gets her legs taped specifically to help lymphatic drainage, provide support, and bring body awareness to help back legs!
